张子成，男，1991年生，南京大学管理学博士。从事社会治理大数据分析与挖掘、机器学习与优化算法方面研究工作。在《Future Generation Computer Systems》、《Computers & Industrial Engineering》等期刊以第一作者发表SCI/SSCI/EI检索论文10余篇，授权发明专利4项。
